We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return
- Email care@bymayfield.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you return instructions and an address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange an exchange.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and worn or washed items cannot be returned.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
